Terms of Service

By using BTC GACHA (the “service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What the service is

• BTC GACHA is a free promotional game. No purchase, deposit, or payment is ever required to play.
• Rewards are promotional amounts of Bitcoin (sats) funded by advertising revenue and redeemable only under the rules below.
• The service does not custody user deposits, does not exchange crypto for fiat, and does not provide user-to-user transfers. It is not a wallet, exchange, or money-transmission service.

2. Eligibility

• You must be of legal age in your place of residence.
• You are responsible for ensuring that using the service is lawful where you live. Do not use the service where it would be illegal.

3. Draws and rewards

• Outcome chances and reward amounts are set per weekly period, remain fixed within it, and may change between periods. Exact probabilities are not published.
• The Legendary jackpot is funded from confirmed revenue and may change between weekly periods.
• Draws may pause before selection if the configured maximum rewards are not fully funded.
• Viewing an ad may be required to reveal a drawn card, boost odds, or start an extra draw. Ads never change an already-decided outcome, and clicking an ad never improves a reward.
• Rewards have no guaranteed monetary value until successfully paid out over the Lightning Network.

4. Redemptions

• Redemptions are paid over the Lightning Network to the destination you provide. Lightning transfers are irreversible; you are solely responsible for submitting a correct destination.
• A minimum redemption amount applies and is shown in the app.
• Redemptions flagged by abuse detection may be delayed, reviewed, or rejected.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Bots, scripts, emulators, or any automated claiming.
• Operating multiple sessions to multiply free draws or rewards.
• Circumventing rate limits, cooldowns, or ad-view verification.
• Ad fraud of any kind, including automated or incentivized clicking.
• Exploiting bugs instead of reporting them.

Suspected violations may result in rejected rewards, cancelled redemptions, or termination of the session, at the service's sole discretion.

6. Collectibles

Monster cards are digital collectibles tied to your anonymous session. All artwork and site content belong to the service and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Clearing your session cookie permanently abandons the collection attached to it.

7. Availability and changes

• The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Availability is not guaranteed.
• Features, reward tables, and these terms may change at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
• The service may be suspended or discontinued at any time. In that event, reasonable efforts will be made to honor redeemable balances above the minimum, but this is not guaranteed.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of rewards, collectibles, or profits arising from use of the service. The total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount of your unredeemed reward balance at the time the claim arose.

9. Taxes

You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes that apply to rewards you receive.
